Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
It could be due to muscle spasm , bowel or renal pathology. Thorough examination and ultrasound is required to diagnose the condition.I suggest you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment acc. to that.
Hope this will helps you. Feel free to ask me if you have any further queries.
Wish you good health. Take care.

General & Family Physician Dr. Dr.Alekhya's  Response
hello,
As there is constant pain who need to be investigated first for the cause. You didnt mentioned your gender in your question so its hard to tell you the common causes according to the gender but i can tell you the most common causes in common for both men and women.
-kidney infection
-kindey stones
-diverticulitis
-ulcerative colitis
-intestinal obstruction
-ovarian cysts
-endometritis
-inguinal hernia
These are some of the causes so if you are associated with any urine complaints then you must rule out renal infection and stones.
A ultrasonography is needed if the pain doesnt decline even with painkillers.
Thank you.
