Pain In Neck And Collar Bone. Could I Have Torn A Muscle?

I was in Football practice and I don t really remember what happened, but my neck/collar bone area is killing me. It s like right where the collar bone gets to my neck. I something like a cherry in it and my collar bone doesn t hurt when I push it, could I have torn a muscle? I can t turn my head to the right and the pain is one my left side.
