Hi, Thanks for query.
Lordosis and scoliosis means there is some postural defect in your spinal vertebrae so normal curvature of your vertebral column is disturbed.
Vertebrae bodies show osteophytes means there is some degenerative changes in your spine giving rise to osteophytes formation.
This might be giving you pain in your lower extremity.
Due to osteophytes there is some nerve irritation passing through this site giving rise to pain.
Consult orthopedic surgeon and get examined.
Physiotherapy will help a lot.
Ok and bye.
