Pain In Shoulder Blade, Hurts While Breathing
When I woke up this morning, and brushed my teeth and took a shower and was getting dressed, I noticed a sharp pain in between my shoulder blades.then it just kept getting worse. Especially when I take a deep breath it increases to a sharp stabbing pain. If you start at bottom of shoulder blade then go up around the curve thats were the the pain starts then taking a deep breath it hurts that area so much. I am a NAC and do lifting so I tried picking up a big book to see if that bothered it but it does not. when I poke my chest out and pull my arm back and breathing becomes easier.

These symptoms could indicate you have some inflammation in your lungs causing pleuritic pain. It may also be sign of a blood clot in your lung. I suggest you see your doctor for assessment. You may need a CT scan of your chest.
