hi, i am a 33 year old man and works in corporate , i work almost 10 to 12 hrs every day , i had a pain problem in my left hand , the pain is persist from last 2 months , pian is like some vain is streching or some muscle is streaching , also have pain in left shoulder & neck , had some physiotherapy but no effects , pls suggest what should i do

hi.it seems you have a sprain\strain.used the injured area as little as possible ...place the ICE in a plastic bag wrap thebag within the towel and then apply to injured area..15-20minutes.immobilization possibly using a SPLINT/SLING. PAIN MEDICATION tab IBUPROFEN-400MG.IF requires.if swelling/pain increased it need to be examine by orthopeadiatcian.
