Pain In The Bum While Coughing And Having Cold Sinuses Conjestion For 5 Days?
I have been sick with cold sinuses conjested and coughing for 5 days. For last 2 I have had a pain in my bum when coughing. Pain in very intense on lower left side. Can feel a little discomfort when sitting on a hard surface. If I clench before coughing I can prevent pain or weaken it. Have had a hemorrhoid in past since having children.

For the sinusitis the best way to manage it is conservative line of treatment and for that I would suggest the following treatment,
1) Tab Ibuprofen 200 mg three times in day
2) Tab Levocetrizine 10 mg three times in day
3) Tab pseudoephedrine three times in day
This regime is good for sinusitis, drink lot of water, hope this information helps you, take care and have nice day.
