Pain In The Chest. ECG Test Report Showing Premature Ventricular Complexes, Interatrial Conduction Delay. Worried

Hi there. My boyfriend has been getting chest pains the last two days. On the right side of his chest. We to get an ECG yesterday and these were his results:
P/PR 142/192 ms
QRS: 99 ms
QT/QTc: 436/431 ms
P/QRS/T Axis: 23/32/31 deg
Heart Rate: 57 BPM

Sinus rythem (slow)
Premature ventricular complexes
Inter-atrial conduction delay
RSR in V2
Borderline ECG

Please help assist in what we should do next. Is this something we should be worried about?

Thank you for your time!

Cardiologist 's  Response
Welcome to HCM. History reviewd and ecg report read, report suggests that he had sinus bradycardia that is just below normar heart rates.other parameters mentioned suggests incomplete RBBB.which could be normal variant.the location of pain suggests non cardiac pain.overall nothing to be panic but advice to consult physician or cardiologist for evaluation.
