Thanks for your question on HCM. Your ECG is having many problems.and you should consult cardiologist immediately. By your ECG report you should undergo 2D ECHO. This will tell you exactly how your heart is functioning, wall motions are ok or not, heart dimensions are with in normal limit or not. ECG is screening test and you have to confirm things by ECHO. You may need coronary angiography too for any blockage in coronaries. For all this consult cardiologist first.
