What could be wrong is it torn?
Welcome to HCM. There might be some cut or abrasion after sex, scratching after perspiration. Don't worry, clean it properly with antiseptic liquid or medicated soap and you can apply local cream with anti fungal, antibacterial and steroid. Oral nsaid will be helpful to subside pain and inflammation. Don't wear tight under garment,Keep proper local hygiene. Consult your doctor for further guidance and medical management.
Hi, It seems that due to poor loclal hygiene not cleaning properly due to not approaching deep inside giving rise to some infection. Consult your doctor and with his advice go for one antibiotic medicine course you will be alright. Clean local part daily with running water while taking bath. Ok and take care.
