Pain In The Epididymis While Having Ejaculation. Why?
Hi sir,
I am 21 years old,my problem is I have get the pain in my left epididymis when I ejaculate timing, and also after two days the pain was not cure and my total left side was get muscle pain (hand & leg),this problem was continues when I m ejaculation,I don't know understanding what this problem,pls help me.

Hi and welcome to HCM.
you should first rule out infections which is the most common cause of such difficulties.So look for STD or epididimitis. Secondly, it can be epididimal cyst which can obstruct ducts or prostate disorder.
This should be evaluated by ultrasound and urethral swab test. YOu shoul also stop masturbating till pain subsides. Wish you good health.
