Pain In The Head, Confusion And Ear Pressure. Reason?

hi ive been having pains in my head on and off for about ten years. Its like someone is sqezzing my brain.Sometimes i get mild confusion with them.Something as simple as swallowing can bring it on.ive had brain scans but everythings fine. Sometimes the pain moves around.it last for a week. When it starts its very severe and when it goes away its like something has is being drained from my brain.I have also noticed when its gone i have terrable inner ear pressure .I also have tinnitus dont know if their linked.

Hi,
Thank you for posting your query.
The symptoms are suggestive of migraine.
Since you have frequent episodes, it may be better to start preventive medications, such as beta blockers, topiramate or divalproex.
For relief of symptoms, you may take diclofenac or ibuprofen tablets.
Please get back if you require any additional information.

Best wishes,
