Pain In The Knee While Climbing Stairs. Had Surgery For Torn Meniscus. Treatment?
I have had surgery in both knees due to torn menisus (at different times). Surgery and recovery where great, no problems. But , lately both knees hurt going up and down stairs, and sitting down and getting up out of a sitting postion. Also, both knees feel tight and hurt if I get down on the floor with my knees. Squating down is a no no too. What could this be and how do I current it.
