Pain In The Left Shoulder Blade, Kindly Help Me
Hi, I am 24 years old male suffering with sharp pain in the left shoulder blade past 1month. the pain worsens when I stand continuously for five minutes at one place and do some work. Sometimes the pain is so strong enough it make me feel that my heart is racing . can i know what is the reason for this pain and moreover I work in supermarket where I have to stand 4-6 hours continuously to serve customers.what are the remedies ?

Pain in the left shuolder has many causes to it-
Rotator cuff syndrome that can either be a strain/sprain, or a tear.
Spasm of trapezius due to misuse/overuse.
Pain arising from cervical spine often travels down shoulder into hand also.
Referred pain pain from stomach or other abdominal structures (ulcers, pancreatitis, or in the chest (myocardial infarction [heart attack], pericarditis, pleuritis, pneumonia, pulmonary embolus, aortic dissection).please visit a orthopedician for further evaluation.
