Pain In The Muscles, Belching And Hair Loss. Taking Bio Identical Hormones. Need To Lose Weight. What To Do?
I feel tired all the time , my muscles hurt , I need to belch , I have lost some of my hairline , I am 53 , I take bio Identicals, Hormones , My estrogen was 15 Progesterone -1.25 they increased it still feel like I am dragging , my teeth are sensitive too. I have been tested for thyroid issues but it always comes back within normal ranges, And I cant lose weight no matter what i do , mostly belly fat

All these may be due to decrease in hormones following menopause.
Loss of hair, muscle weakness and osteoporosis are common.
You may need hormone replacement therapy.
