Pain In The Shoulder Blade And Heart, Itchy Breasts. Reason?
Hello. i am 23 year old female. fro close to three years now, I have been experiencing a very excruciating pain on the upper part of my right shoulder blade. the pain is worse when am seated. the pain is sometimes accompanied by sharp pains in my heart and itchy breasts (when I scratch the breaste they besome red and painful). what could be the cause of this? my diet is healthy and I dont smoke or drink. I weigh 38 pounds.

Hello,
Breast itching is a separate problem. May be an allergic in nature, after scratching it may become red and painful. Apply antibiotic + steroid combination ointment + oral antihistamines + avoiding allergy producing substances or drugs, scratching, excessive sweating. Your breast itching will be alright.
For the sharp pain in the heart area - needs an ECG
Regarding the excruciating pain in your right shoulder it is no way connected with your heart problem. It is there for 3 years. Whether there was any injury prior to 3 years or not - Take X-ray right shoulder in AP and Lateral position to find the cause and treat accordingly.
Regarding your weight I think that 38 pounds is given wrongly
