Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
From your history it suggests that there might be some problem with your vocal cord.
There is possibility of having some edema on vocal cord or some lump on vocal cord.
Consult ENT specialist and get examined by indirect Laryngoscopy.
After examination go for the treatment accordingly.
Stop taking tobacco, Gutkha or smoking if you have habit of them.
Give complete vocal rest.
Avoid spicy or junk food.
Ok and bye.
