Pain In Thoracic Region To Lower Cervical Region, Hot Flashes, Shakes, Headache. Better After Working Out. Possible Reason?

Yesterday I woke up and my back from the thoracic region down to lumbar hurt, I worked through it and even worked out last night. Back still hurt after the workout but felt better. Today the back hurts again, this time upper thoracic and lower cervical region, it is painful and feels hot. I also have the feeling of hot flashes (though I am not in menopause) I am 32 years old. And I have the shakes, any idea what might be happening? I also have a little bit of a headache.

From your history it is most likely that you are having a cervical spine problem like cervical disc prolapse or cervical spondylosis. Before going with treatment I would like to suggest to do an plane x ray of neck and also CT of neck. The best treatment is have physiotherapy and Exercises designed for cervical pain and not to carry heavy weights plus nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) and lifestyle modifications.
