Pain, Stiffness Felt During Head Movement. Relief With Pain Killer, Exercise, Returns On Stopping. Treatment?
hi.....my age is 22yrs. And for last 5-6 months I am having neck pain . The problem is that I feel stiffness when I try to turn my head left or at the time of looking up. But when I turn right or down I dont feel any severe pain. Is it spondylosis? Doctor gave me pain killer for 2weeks & showed me some exercise which I was doing as described.But as long as I took those medicines my pain was lesser but when the medicine was over, again my nect started paining & stiffness over there. SO i am not being able to continue the exercise any more due to this pain. Kindly help.
