Painful Ankle And Knee, Soreness. Is It Due To My Nerves?

i am 20 yrs old and went to the park around 9 o clock last night. I was swinging. I hoped of the swing and when my feet hit the ground a very sharp pain shot threw my inside ankle to my knee. This happened to bost legs at the same time. I could not walk for a couple min. This morning my inside ankles are very sore. What could this be and what do i need to do for it? Could it be nerves?

Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
Your ankle pain seems to be due to muscle spasm. Doing hot fomatation and applying muscle relaxant gel will help to reduce pain and spasm. You can take antiinflammatory drug like ibuprofen to reduce pain and inflammation. Get it evaluated by your doctor if symptoms persists.
Hope this will helps you.
