Painful Bumps On Face, Pus-filled. Using Betadone. How To Get Rid Of Them?
Over the last month or so I have sore bumps coming up on my face which, when I pierce with my fingers or a clean tissue are extremly painful and contain a watery substance followed by atery blood then blood. I clean them with Betadone, an antiseptic, and a scab forms. However the bumps keep coming up in various places on my face and I have a patch on my neck. Even though a scab forms the bumps reform in the same place underneath. Please can you tell me what it could possibly be and how to get rid of them?

These could possibly be inflammatory papules or pustul of acne. The same can only be confirmed by an appointment with dermatologist.
In the interim, use a mild soap with benzoyl peroxide. Do not squeeze the lesions. Apply nadifloxacin cream over the lesions.
