However, it can be due to:-
# a dislocated head of the thigh bone from the hip join, in case you have any difficulty in walking, shortening of right lower limb; or, have any abnormal sensations in the right lower limb, due to compression over the leg nerves.
# A simple collection of blood following
internal bleeding. This will take several weeks to get absorbed.
You therefore need to undergo an URGENT
MRI of the pelvic area, before some irreversible damage takes place.
