Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hi there,

Thanks for your query.

More information is needed.

However, it can be due to:-

# a dislocated head of the thigh bone from the hip join, in case you have any difficulty in walking, shortening of right lower limb; or, have any abnormal sensations in the right lower limb, due to compression over the leg nerves.

# A simple collection of blood following internal bleeding. This will take several weeks to get absorbed.

You therefore need to undergo an URGENT MRI of the pelvic area, before some irreversible damage takes place.

#Consult your doctor and apprise him of my opinion. I am certain that he will agree with me, order required tests, and- based on the reports- will prescribe suitable/modified treatment as advised.

If you find my response helpful and informative, do not forget an “excellent” (5-star rating) to my answer, to ENCOURAGE ALL doctors- engaged in social service- to render sound advice to the FREE queries.
