have you got your wisdom tooth erupted? if not,the symptoms are related to pericorontis.the flap over impacted tooth may be infected.
difficulty in chewing/swallowing food,ear/throat infection,mildly ill with fver,lymphadenopathy,difficulty in opening mouth/moving jaws are the usual symptoms.
get an x-ray to rule out the position of tooth.if ther is adequate space,operculectomy has to be done,ie,removing the flap over the tooth.
if the normal eruption is impossible,surgical extraction has to be done.
take the complete antibiotic course.

According to your clinical symptoms i suppose that the above symptoms which you mentioned are due to the erruption of the wisdom tooth.
I would suggest you to visit to an Oral Surgeon and get the checkup done take an OPG radiograph and plan for the removal or operculectomy.
Take a course of antibiotics and analgesics under the prescription of your Dentist.
Take lukewarm saline and antispetic mouthwash rinses.
Maintain a good oral hygiene.

it seems to be pericoronitis caused due to you wisdom tooth...
you visit your dentist and got the area irrigated and cleaned... he will clean the area between your tooth and overlying gum... this space usually has tendency to harbor food debris... he will also make the area out of occlusion by slightly grinding the tooth in opposite arch, if required...
also go for proper course of antibiotics and analgesic drugs... do warm saline rinse 6-7 times per day...
after symptoms subside, go for radiographic analysis... if sufficient space seems to be available for the tooth to erupt, then allow it do so by excising or removing the gum part called operculectomy...
if space doesn't seems to be available, then go for its extraction without any doubt...

JUST GO TO A DENTIST OR ORAL SURGEON AND GET AN X RAY DONE FOR THAT REGION. IF YOUR THIRD MOLAR HAS NOT ERUPTED IT CAN BE THE CAUSE OF YOUR PROBLEM.. THE X RAY REPORT WILL MAKE YOU CLEAR ABOUT THE POSITION OF YOUR TOOTH. IF ITS ONLY THE FLAP COVERING THE TOOTH IS CREATING PROBLEM YOU CAN GO FOR OPERCULECTOMY AND IF THE TOOTH IS IMPACTED ,IT HAS TO BE EXTRACTED SURGICALLY. IN CASE IF IT IS INFLAMED AND HURTING YOU, START WITH WARM SALINE RINSES 3-4 TIMES A DAY , A CURSE OF AMOXICILLIN 500MG + CAVUNIC ACID 125MG TWICE DAILY AND IBUPROFEN 400 MG TWICE DAILY...

As per your details it seems that lump is due to the eruption of the wisdom tooth.
So better consult a dentist for radiographical examination done.
May your wisdom teeth is not aligned properly so applying pressure on adjacent teeth , bone or tissues causing pain.
Follow antibiotic prescription for 3 days.
Use antispetic mouthwash rinses twice daily.
Maintain a good oral hygiene.
