Painful Lump On The Back Of Neck, Headaches, CT Scan Done, Taken Morphin Shot, Symptoms Recurred, History Of Neck Injury. Suggestion?
I have a lump in the back (middle) section of my neck ...it is very painful and I m now experiencing headaches with it...I went to ER last weekend for the same reason...they only did a CT scan of my head...gave me a morphin shot and sent me home...it is a week later and I am having the same trouble...I had 2 car accidents back in 1998 that caused neck injury then..no surgery required though...please help
You seem to be having a lump in your back. Was it been examined or a biopsy of it done any time before? I am glad that you have had CT scan done. Your actual problem seems to be in the neck. Please get the lump biopsied if not done until now.
It is still advisable for you to consult a spinal surgeon to look for any changes in the neck now.

Hi, You seem to be having a lump in your back. Was it been examined or a biopsy of it done any time before? I am glad that you have had CT scan done. Your actual problem seems to be in the neck. Please get the lump biopsied if not done until now. It is still advisable for you to consult a spinal surgeon to look for any changes in the neck now. Meanwhile, you can try physiotherapy of the neck, use a cervical collar and take Tylenol in case of severe headache. I wish you quick recovery. Take care.
