Painful Pimples Near On Anti Tragus Of Ear, Tried Popping, Hyperpigmentation Alongside Scab. What To Do ?

Hello, I have been wandering about through many websites on pimples near your ear. I seem to have grown one but I have yet to find what I could do with it. It is really painful. It is on my anti tragus and is really swollen. It caused pain within my ear so tried to pop it but it didn't and hyperpigmentation on the area appeared alongside a scab where I tried to squeeze. Please help.
