Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Your history of illness is very ambiguous .
Pain is on the both side of abdomen , all back is hurting , good appetite , no
nausea.
Very difficult to evaluate any diagnosis without knowledge of age and sex of patient, may be .
1
Urinary tract infection as all indications are suggestive of urinary tract infection.Diagnosis can be confirmed by
ultrasound of abdomen with emphasis over both kidneys.
2 Amoebic
colitis , diagnosis can be confirmed by physical as well clinical examination by a physician . In this case usually there is mild pain on both side of abdomen and intestine are palpable.
3
Muscular pain due to age factor and ,if you are female and above 50 years then menopausal syndrome .
In my opinion first of all get in blood for C B C , ES R , calcium , iron, potassium . Deal according to abnormality in blood examination.
Good luck. Dr. HET
