Painful, Swollen Ankle After Fall. Calf Pain, Swollen Lower Leg. Doctor Required?

Fell on ice 1.5 Years ago a probably injured my 2 ligaments at that time. (Saw a Sports Med doctor for it after it hadn't healed in 6 months. Ankle was stable just very painful still. This past week, while working my ankle swelled on both sides to the point it was so tight I couldn't bend it. I have pain in left side of my foot that goes into my calf almost to my knee. My lower leg is severly swollen too. Shoulld I see someone about this. I have been keeping ice on it and elevating it for past two days and keep it in a ankle stablizing brace when walking on it.
