Palm Sized Soft And Enclosed Lump On Ribcage. What Could It Be?g
i just noticed a palm sized lump on my ribcage under my left breast . I don t carry much weight on my upper body so it is easy to tell it is different. If I do the pinch test on my skin on the right ribcage, it s less than an inch thick. The pinch test thickness on my left side is probably 2 1/2 inches. It feels fairly soft and possibly enclosed. Thank you!

It seems like a benign lipoma.
Get an FNAC of the tissue in it. You could probably go for an excision biopsy as well.
If it is not bothersome to you, you might leave it unattended. It is usually harmless and does not cause a health concern unless cosmetically, at times.
Get it evaluated by a General surgeon and proceed further.
