Hi, I am a 32 y/o male OIF veteran who works out regularly (6-7 days/week), drinks alcohol regularly (3-5 drinks/night) and recently passed out while jogging. CT, MRI, blood work (lyme disease, etc) all came back clean. I did a 48 hour holter monitor where it was reported I had several 'gaps' in my heartbeat while asleep. I am 68" and 162 lbs. What might the causes and implications be?
Would either the alcohol or 2+ years in Iraq (near several blasts, but not injured other than minor hearing loss) be a (contributing) factor?
