Patch Of Hives Between Breasts, Spreading Up To Throat, Itching. Is This Hay Fever?

I developed a small patch of hives above and inbetween my breasts when I visited Chicago in October. I live in ABQ. I assumed I was allergic to something in the air there, but now that I'm back home, the area of the rash is widening, and seems to be spreading up both sides of my throat. It is not oozy, but does itch, and it is quite red. Do you think it's hayfever?

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having fungal infection in this area.
As this part remains as little bit moist chances of having fungal infection is common.
Apply anti-fungal cream locally.
Keep local part dry, clean and airy.
Ok and take care.
