Presence of itchy patch especially if its of varying colour probability is fungal infection, Its known as Tines Cruris if its in groin region. Occurence over g=face and back is known as Tinea Versicolour. Treatment consists of local application of Anti-fungal agent like Clorimazole.
I would suggest you to consult your dermatologist for confirmation of diagnosis, alternatively you can send clinical photograph to Healthcare-Magic so that our specialist will help you.
