am 27 years old done pelvic examination today shows uterus;is avf in position showing homogenous echopattern with no detectable mass lesions dimentions;-longdutional length=67mm ap dianeter=43mm trv diameter=44mm endometriam is thick measuring 14 cm cervix;shows homogenous echopatten with no detectable focal cystic or solid patterns l.ovary-is enlargedin size with multiple peripheral small cysts,no dominant folicle r.o-is enlargedin size with mulitiple peripheral small cysts,there is irregulal shaped folicle measuring 10mm minimal amount of free fluid seen un douglas pouch -thick endometrium measuring 14mm bilateralpolycystic ovaries -features of ovulation from the r.o am i okey i want to conceive
