PELVIC SCAN REPORT Pelvis reveals a normal sized non – gravid anteverted uterus about 68mm x 59mm x 38mm in (Longitudinal x Transverse x AP) diameters. The utrine outline is regular with homogenous myometrial echo-patern. No intra uterine or ectopic gestational sac seen. No retained products of conception seen. Thickened endometrial plate seen measuring 11mm in AP diameter. Features are suggestive of endometritis.
Bilateral free adnexae. The pouch of Douglas is free.
Impression: sonographic features are of; * Acyesis * Endometritis Impression: HVS/ Urine M/C/S are advised.
