I am 40 with penis size around 3.5 inch but during errection my outer skin of penis does not fully come out. It causes pain during intercourse and results in quick ejaculation. Pls help!

I think this is a case of phimosis.Phimosis refers to the inability to retract the distal foreskin over the glans penis.
Physiologic, or congenital, phimosis is a normal condition of the newborn male. In 90% of cases, natural separation allows the foreskin to retract by age 3 years. However, phimosis persisting into late adolescence or early adulthood need not be considered abnormal.
U can consult an urologist/surgeon to get it corrected surgically which is a very commonly done procedure called circumcision...
