Periods Getting Irregular, Experiencing Hot Flashes. Blood Test Shows Still Producing Eggs. Remedy?

I am 48 years old. My periods are starting to get irregular for the past year. When I have them they are a doozy.
My main complaint is the dang Hot Flashes. they hit with out warning and can last up to a day. Needless to say they are so yukkkyyy. I have to have the air set around 68 to 69 to keep from sweating. My blood test show however that I am still producing eggs. Please help. Thanks

When a woman is approaching menopause, these symptoms may occur even if the ovulation is still occurring.
Best treatment is Hormone replacement therapy. You may discuss the pros & cons with a local Gynecologist & make an informed choice of using HRT.
