Perpetually Leaning To The Left Side, Head Bent Sideways On Walking. Treatment?
I notice that I m always leaning to the left side. I often have to adjust my body so I m sitting on both cheeks (for a lack of better words). This can be in the house in the car anywhere I m sitting, and it s happen to be laying on examine table. I also was told that when I walk I often have my head sideways to the left. I m have to consciously reajust my weight or position. What is that about?
hello dear thanks for your query at HCM. it might be due to bend in spine called as scoliosis that is why there is constant bending even at rest like lying on the bed. Intially x ray spine followed by ct scan might be helpful in the diagnosing the problem. My recommendation would be consult orthopedician for further above mentioned investigation and management. regards.
