Hi,

Your history is consistent with typically a migraine headache.

CT scan will be normal in migraine.

You require migraine prophylaxis drugs like fllunnarzine 10 my bed time, if no relief then topamac or encorate can be added. These drugs are prophylactic ally given to reduce the attacks of headache which has to be contin ued months or years .You need to consult with your neurophysician for the treatment plan.

Require MRI brain with venogram to rule out any treatable causes of headache associated with migraine.Get eye check up also for fundus and refractory error

Have naprosyn 250 mg immediately after head bath for symptoms ,if no relief you can have naratriptan 10 mg.

Nasal sprays are also available which can be used in severe headache (Zolmist nasal spray)

Hope this will help you
