Persistent Severe Throat Pain During Swallowing, Negative Strep Test, No Relief With Antibiotics. Cause?

Hi, I am having severe throat pain for over a month. Its continuos and only at the time of swallowing . My primary care physician and a ent specialist both could not see any infection. Strep test came out negative as well. 3 different antibiotic treatments also didnt help. Please help and let me know what else could I do to get to the bottom of this and get better.

hi there firstly for pharyingitis as u mentioned oral heigene is veryimportant along with what u r diet consist of? precautions r very important than medicines ,1.please do regular salt gargles with hot water 4-5 times a day,drink hot soups with a pinch of black pepper,hot milk should also help u , drink luke warm water only, totlly avoid any stuff or liquids from the fridge. what antibiotics till now did u use? u can start tab claribid250twice daily afterfood for 3 days along with tab febrexplus twice daily,tab pan40before breakfast once daily.if no change kindly once again go through a ENT EXAMINATION.
