ok so i have a pimple like bump on the areola? of my breast and its alittle painful;Is it serious? or nothing to worry about ? and how do i get rid of it or make it feel better?

If you have discharge from nipple and having fever get microbial exam of discharge and take Antibiotics course after consulting GP. If it is not responding get biopsy done and consult gynecologist. You can also undergo mammogram.
