Pinching Feeling In Throat, Dry Coughing, Ear Feels Full And Hollow. What Could Be This?

When I flex my throat while talking or laughing I get a pinching feeling in my throat. If feels deep like up near my right tonsil but only on one side. When it pinches I start dry coughing. I've had tonsillitis and it does not feel like that. When I swallow it doesn't hurt. I've had dizziness when I lay on my right side, my right ear feels full and hollow and my right jaw is tight and feels it of place.

Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
There is infection in the throat and in throat there is connection of vestibococchlear nerve ( 8th cranial nerve).
When eustachean tube of this nerve involves there develops dizziness (vertigo) and imbalance in movement .
As in you case same thing is going.
Right sides organs are involved .
Consult an E N T and get his opinion.
