Popping And Clicking Sensation In Left Knee, Occurs On Bending Knee, Walking, Sitting. Treatment For Symptoms?

Playing badmitton month ago. Popping\clicking sensation started inleft knee . Little to no pain. Now knee pops all the time when knee bends. Every step when walking. & in process to sit. Still very little pain. Popping is stronger sensation & LOUD. at times feels like something gets caught on & flips over a boney piece. Very strong rubber band type spring affect

You need to have an x-ray knee as the popping sound indicates injury to ligaments in the knee.You need to consult your doctor for clinical examination of the knee.Take zerodol for pain and give rest to the leg.brace may be needed and it will be decided by an orthopedician.Thank you.
