Post Menopausal With Weight Gain And Memory Issues. What Hormone Therapy To Take?

I am a 55 year od female. 5'3" 124lbs. went throgh menopause 5 years ago. Have taken ESTRA-NORETH 1.0/0.5MG REG STRENGTH1 but my memory gets bad, and gained a lot of weight. Quit a year ago. I need a hormone rplacement to keep my feelings in check. I'm up or down. Want to get off this roller coaster. What is a good all around hormone I could take? Janet

Hi, Mrs Janet, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe you are aged, 55 years, and used HRT, and left it one year ago.
The weight gain, and altered memory may be due to the age changes, or hormones.
You may or may not need hormone replacement therapy, i advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis andd treatment.
You may need to have a C.T.scan for excluding the ischemia of the brain.
Avoid taking fats, oily foods, junk foods, and fries to avoid the over weight.
