Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

Swine Flu is not a dreaded disease now a days as it was earlier, don't panic. But prevention is better than cure.

Swine Flu vaccines are available with hospitals and you can make use of it with a doctor's prescription.

People who work with poultry and swine are at increased risk. If you work at such a place get vaccination.

H1N1 spreads between humans when infected people cough or sneeze, then other people breathe in the virus or touch something with the virus on it and then touch their own face.

Use a mask when you are in doubt. Don't Panic.
