Hi Doctor ,

what does it mean by at 10 week pregnency

Single foetal node is seen within the
sac. No foetal cardiac pulsations is seen. Only a well-defined yolk sac ( measuring 9 mm) is seen within the sac.
Gestational age (from LMP) - 10 weeks 2 days.
C.R.L = 2.3 mm. - corresponds to 5 weeks 5 days.
Cervix – Cervix appears healthy and endocervical canal is collapsed. Cervical length is 32.3 mm.
Internal os - closed.

Hi,
Thanks for the query.
It is indicating a missed miscarriage.
In it the fetal cardiac activity stopped few weeks back.
But the fetus remained inside leading to missed miscarriage.
So the gestational age according to the lmp is more.
Whereas the crown rump length is less as the fetal growth stopped.
