Pregnant. MTP Kit Used, Mifepristone, Misoprestol Taken. Advise?

Hello Doctor,
My wife is 5week preganant after our first baby of 6months. So, we are using MTP kit for abortion. She took mifepristone 200 MG tab orally two days back and she inserted 4 misoprostol tabs in vagina just now as per the instructions in the kit usage. As per the kit, if abortion has not occured in 4hrs, you should use two more misoprostol tabs. How to know this situation?
Thanks in advance.

Hello
Thanks for your query.
Firstly, the kit is to be taken only under medical guidance.
IT is extremely risky to take it by yourself.
You would run risks such as infection, uncontrolled bleeding, retained products, incomplete abortion etc.
You have to consult a gynecologist, confirm the pregnancy, have it dated, and then know the exact dosage.
Completion of abortion and need for further medication is also confirmed by a gynecologist.
PLease see a doctor at the earliest.
All the best.
