Hi,
Thanks for writing to us.
In my opinion also you should take antibiotic and vitamin which are safe in pregnancy because you have previous history of miscarriage and your TORCH test IgG is positive which may leads to abortion.
Good Luck.
Take care.

General & Family Physician Dr. Vasudha's  Response
Hi,
Torch tests are to find the level of immune antibodies against diseases causing abortions. (Toxoplasmosis,Rubella,Cytomegalovirus & Herpese.)A +ve torch test indicates that the patient has high level of IgG immune bodies against the disease ,to protect against the disease. I feel there is no need for antibiotic if the test is +ve. The vitamines ( Vit E ,C, D,folic acid, B complex ) are needed for fetal growth-they must be taken.
An advice of n immunologist will be guiding factor in the case.
Thank you.
