Pregnant. Ultrasound Shows No Stomach Bubble, Single Umbilical Artery, Enlarged Kidney. Possibility Of Healthy Baby?

I have had several ultrasounds where no stomach bubble could be detected, 16, 19, 20 & 22 weeks. They have also found only a single umbilical artery (or 2 vessel cord) and also an enlarged kidney. With these combined findings, I want to know the liklihood our baby will be born with esophageal atresia, or if there are any circumstances where these findings would be present on a healthy baby. We are petrified. Thanks for your response.

Hello
Thanks for your query.
The three anomalies together point towards a high risk of congenital anomalies.
Please go for a detailed scan, and amniocentesis is also advisable.
The likelihood that all these three findings would be present on a healthy baby, is very low.
Please consult a genetic counsellor for further guidance.
Take care.
