Pregnant, Bleeding, Cold, Headache, Fever, Tiredness, Blood Clot On Urinating. Treatment?

Hi Im 4 weeks pregnant but Im bleeding since yesterday at first is just like a spot in my underwear but after a minute Im start to bleed and Im not feeling well yesterday I feel to much cold , terrible headached and it seems like i have a fever and too much tired and until now I m still bleeding there is some small blood clot and blood everytime I urinate...

dear,ur symtoms seems as if u r aborting...since its just 4wks chances of ectopic pregnancy shud b ruled out,u better go to ur doctor,get ur transvaginal scan & bld tests which includes bete hcg levels also..depending on that u will b taken care of..these symptoms r not to b taken lightly..
