Pregnant, Experiencing Headaches Behind Eyes And Nauseous. Suggest?

Hi in 34 weeks pregnant been experiencing headaches that feel as though they are behind my eyes so i would rather be in the dark also feeling extremely nauseous but not being sick and fatigue that has left me barely able to function how can i help it? Ive been drinking plenty of water but its not changing anything.
probably being silly just wanted to check. Thanks

Hello,
First thing to do here is monitor your blood pressure and rule out pre-eclampsia.
It needs to be monitored for at least 3 consecutive days twice a day. If its normal then the headache could be migraine related. However, not all medications can be given at this stage of pregnancy. You should consult your doctor for the appropriate medication.
