back pain more comparred to normal mother so for that you are supposed to do mild exercise such as walking,swimming,stretching exercises i.e. back stretch and strengthning exercises i.e.
pelvic tilt and kegals exercises,leg raising exercises.But take care to do only moderate exercise.And regarding the mode of delivery cesarean section will be the preffered one for you .regarding your weight you should not do diet during pregnency inspit of that you should 1.avoid soft drinks,dessert,fried food,rich dairy products and fatty cuts of meat.
2.opt for low fat,fat free,unsweetened,no added sugar alternatives.
3.avoid caffein,alcohol and raw sea food.
4.eat frequent small meals.
5.consume rich fiber food such as whole grains.fruits and beans.
6.opt for olive oil,canola oil,peanut oil.
