HELLO THERE.

SIGNS OF LABOR INCLUDE ABDOMINAL PAIN OF GRADUALLY INCREASING INTENSITY AND DURATION, OCCURRING AT REGULAR INTERVALS AND ASSOCIATED WITH HARDENING OF ABDOMEN.

LABOR PAIN PARTICULARLY OCCUR IN THE ABDOMEN AND RADIATE TO BACK AND LEGS. OTHER SIGNS COULD BE BLOOD MIXED MUCOUS VAGINAL DISCHARGE , WATERY FLUID PER VAGINA, NAUSEA AND FEELING OF DEFECATION OR DIARRHEA.

AS YOU SAY YOUR LAST VISIT INTERNAL EXAMINATION FINDING WAS A 60% EFFACED CERVIX, YOU SHOULD NOT DELAY CONSULTATION.

TAKE CARE.
